Indian flatbreads with filling
Description
Indian flatbreads are a great option for a quick and filling breakfast with a potato filling. The dough for these flatbreads is incredibly easy to prepare, so any home cook can handle it. The dough made according to this recipe can be used as a base for any filling—for example, you can add some minced meat to the potato mixture. I recommend brushing the flatbreads with butter during baking; this will make them much softer. Serve with tea or coffee.
