Turkey in wine

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. We're used to marinating meat with vinegar or lemon juice, but rarely use wine for this purpose. And that's a mistake! Light dry or semi-dry white wine is perfect for cooking poultry—chicken, turkey. Proof of this is the recipe I'm about to share. Serve hot.

Don't forget to keep an eye on the meat—it might need to be flipped. This is the beautiful result you should get :)
