Description
The recipe won't take much time. Want to know a simple way? Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash and cut the turkey fillet into small pieces. If you don't have fillet, you can use any boneless part of the bird. If the meat was frozen, defrost it beforehand at room temperature.
- 2
Step 2

Heat a skillet and pour sunflower oil into it. Over high heat, sauté the turkey fillet pieces until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook and dry out the tender fillet.
- 3
Step 3

Then add a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste to the meat and mix. If you don't have tomato paste on hand, you can use tomato juice or plain ketchup.
- 4
Step 4

Add sour cream to the meat in the frying pan. If you're counting calories, choose 10% sour cream, but if you want a richer dish, you can use sour cream with 25% fat content.

Step 5

Cover the meat with a lid and simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula, for about twenty minutes. Serve with any side dish and a vegetable salad.
