Turkey in cheese sauce
Description
The most delicious and incredibly tender turkey in cheese sauce turns out absolutely amazing with this recipe. The cheese sauce and cream make the meat tender and very juicy. Instead of turkey, you can use chicken fillet or even beef—any meat will turn out great.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Cut the medium-sized turkey fillet into pieces and place in a frying pan to cook. Choose the cutting method yourself.

Step 2

2. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the turkey halfway through cooking. I used button mushrooms. As an alternative, you can use oyster mushrooms.

Step 3

3. It's better to use processed cheese in a jar. It's thinner and melts more easily with the meat.

Step 4

4. Add the cream and cheese, mix and simmer over low heat.

Step 5

5. Simmer for about 15 minutes, adding salt and spices to taste. Fresh herbs, especially dill, go well with turkey. This time I decided not to add any, sticking to the traditional recipe.

Step 6

6. This turkey in cheese sauce goes well with any side dish. Mashed potatoes, rice, and buckwheat porridge pair best with the meat and mushrooms in sauce. Add some fresh vegetables and enjoy this amazing, tender dish.
