Turkey in sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make the sauce yourself or buy a ready-made one. Today, it's easy to find a quality product on store shelves. I serve the dish with a fresh vegetable salad (cabbage, carrots, ginger, and onion), as well as pineapple. I prepare the sauce myself. I slightly modified the original recipe, but this by no means worsened the taste—possibly even improved it. Serve hot.

1. I pour soy sauce, pineapple juice, olive oil, ginger juice into a saucepan, add sugar and finely chopped garlic, and mix well. I wash the fillet and place it in a bag, pour the prepared marinade over it, and let it marinate for 2 hours.
