Turkey in soy sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. With the arrival of spring, grilled meat becomes especially appealing. I suggest preparing turkey in soy sauce at home. It turns out incomparable when cooked over a fire, but many people bake the meat in a regular oven. Either way, the turkey turns out excellent—very juicy and tender. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. Start by preparing the ingredients: chop the onion, garlic, and ginger. Add honey and mix well. I used a blender to puree the mixture. Gradually add soy sauce and olive oil. It's better to use a blender rather than a mixer or just a regular fork.

Step 2

2. At the very end, add lime and black pepper. Keep stirring and be sure to taste. Let the mixture sit for a while, and in the meantime, start preparing the meat.

Step 3

3. Rinse the turkey thoroughly and cut into pieces. I cut mine into large pieces. Pour the marinade over it and let it sit for about thirty minutes.

Step 4

4. After the meat has marinated, it can be cooked. I decided to grill the turkey on both sides, but it can also be prepared in the oven. Certainly, it tastes best when cooked over an open fire.
