Turkey in sour cream in a pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We will need chilled poultry meat. If the fillet is frozen, take it out well in advance before cooking. It's better to thaw the fillet naturally rather than in the microwave, as it turns out more tender. However, if you are in a hurry, microwave thawing is also acceptable. The finished dish can be served at the table.
