Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, or into small strips about 1 cm thick. Lightly salt and sprinkle with spices.
- 2
Step 2

Heat a pan with vegetable oil and sauté the turkey pieces for about 4-5 minutes until lightly browned. Do not overcook, or the meat will become dry and no sauce will help.
- 3
Step 3

Peel and finely dice the onion.
- 4
Step 4

We clean and wash the mushrooms, then slice them. If the mushrooms are small, we can cut them into 4 pieces; if larger, into smaller slices.
- 5
Step 5

The meat is fried, so we can transfer it to a small pot, add half a cup of water and a bouillon cube. Simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid open so the water evaporates.

Step 6

In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms with the onion. Cook for about 5–7 minutes over medium-high heat—don't cook too long. If you prefer a thicker sauce, now is the time to add half a tablespoon of flour and sauté it with the mushrooms and onion for about 1 minute. Don't forget to stir thoroughly!

Step 7

Transfer the sautéed onions and mushrooms to the meat, pour in the cream. Season with salt to taste and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
