
Turkey in a pressure cooker with mustard sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare any turkey parts this way: drumsticks, thighs, breast, wings. The sauce for turkey is made from the juices released during cooking, with the addition of mustard. Serve the dish with any side dish—give it a try. Serve hot.

1. Wash the meat, pat dry with paper towels.

2. In a pressure cooker, select the "Sauté" function, heat vegetable oil in the pot, and sear the meat until golden brown.

4. Peel and slice the onion into half-rings, mince the garlic. After the turkey, sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes.

5. Pour in the broth and wine, add thyme, mustard, salt, pepper, and bring to a boil. Then place the turkey on top.

6. Close the pressure cooker lid and set the valve to the "Closed" position. Select the "Meat" program and set the time to 10 minutes. After the beep, carefully release the pressure, remove the meat with tongs, and transfer it to a plate.

7. Add flour to the resulting liquid and set the "Cooking" mode without closing the lid. Use an immersion blender to remove lumps, then bring the mixture to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
