Turkey in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This year, I decided to make up for the injustice toward this bird and didn't limit myself to just minced meat or cutlets. As it turns out, turkey goes very well with a delicious and interesting marinade made from orange juice and cranberry puree. Serve the turkey with a side of string beans and potato casserole. The finished dish can now be served at the table.

    3. Remove the turkey from the marinade and place it in the multicooker bowl. Close the lid, set the "Meat" mode and set the timer for 30 minutes. After cooking is complete, do not open the lid, but let it sit for 15–30 minutes. Serve the turkey in pieces with green beans and potatoes.
