
Turkey with mustard
Description
Turkey thigh works best for this recipe. It's not finicky to cook, especially if you use boneless thigh fillet. When combined with mustard, the meat acquires a spicy aroma and excellent flavor.

Rinse the turkey fillet under cold water and place it on a paper towel. Make small cuts in the meat with a sharp knife. Stuff with garlic slices.

Season the fillet to taste with salt and add spices. Then thoroughly coat the meat with mustard. Wrap the fillet in two layers of foil.

Bake the turkey in the oven at 200 degrees. Baking time — 1 hour. Then remove the turkey from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Cut the fillet with a sharp knife. Place the pieces of poultry on a plate together with a side dish. Any side dish will work: pasta, grains, or vegetables. I chose boiled potatoes. It turned out very tasty. I recommend giving it a try!
