We will be cooking turkey meat. If you have bone-in meat, cut the meat off the bone. Cut the meat into pieces of any size you prefer. Rub the meat pieces with salt and poultry seasonings. If the seasoning already contains salt, then do not add extra salt to the meat.

Peel and chop the onion.

Place the sliced onion in the multicooker bowl first, then add the prepared turkey meat. Put sour cream on top of the meat, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Close the multicooker lid and set it to "Stewing" mode for 40 minutes.
