Turkey stewed with tomatoes and garlic
Description
For cooking turkey stewed with tomatoes and garlic, you can use either turkey fillet or legs and thighs. Instead of garlic paste, you can use minced garlic or even tomato paste (if you're a tomato lover). Canned beans are already cooked, so they will only need a short stewing time.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rub the turkey thighs thoroughly with salt and pepper; you can also add paprika and minced garlic. Sear them on a heated skillet with oil on all sides until golden brown.
- 2
Step 2

Chop the onion fairly coarsely, cut the bell pepper and chili pepper into cubes, and add them to the turkey in the pan.

Step 3

Sauté until the vegetables become soft. Then add the chopped tomatoes (it's better to peel the tomatoes first by scalding them with boiling water) and garlic paste. Pour in the chicken broth, mix everything, cover with a lid, and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
