Turkey stewed with pineapples
Description
You can use fresh or canned pineapples. I use canned ones, buying them in rings rather than chunks (they contain less sugar). In addition to pineapples, I also use pitted dates. The result is a very tasty combination of sweets and spices.

Step 1

1. I wash the fillet and cut it into medium-sized cubes. I place the turkey in a bowl, add finely grated ginger root, rice vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Then I pour olive oil into the multicooker bowl and heat it up. Next, I add the turkey and sear it until a golden crust forms.
