The dish is just as easy to make and turns out equally delicious. Fragrant oyster mushrooms, tender meat, and a baked cheesy crust—doesn't this dish deserve a place at your festive table?     Cut the turkey fillet across the grain into thin pieces. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil, and place the fillet pieces on it.

    Salt and sprinkle with black pepper. You can also add your favorite herbs or a ready-made chicken seasoning. However, the seasoning should be salt-free.

    Now spread mayonnaise on each piece of turkey.
