Instructions

Step 1

Cut the turkey fillet across the grain into thin pieces. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil, and place the fillet pieces on it.
- 2
Step 2

Salt and sprinkle with black pepper. You can also add your favorite herbs or a ready-made chicken seasoning. However, the seasoning should be salt-free.

Step 3

Now spread mayonnaise on each piece of turkey.

Step 4

We'll peel the walnuts and place them in large pieces over the meat. You can also chop the walnuts, but then you'll need more of them. Try doing it both ways.
- 5
Step 5

Thoroughly wash the oyster mushrooms, dry them as much as possible, and slice. Place the oyster mushrooms on top of the meat.
- 6
Step 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place it on each piece of meat, covering it completely.
- 7
Step 7

Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. This is how our meat should turn out—beautiful and nicely browned.
