Turkey with rosemary in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A large chicken breast fillet works best, while a leg fillet will require more cooking time. Dried rosemary can be substituted with fresh sprigs placed under the fillet before baking. This meat can be served hot as a main dish or as a cold appetizer after cooling. Slice the fillet across the grain before serving for easier eating. Serve hot.
