Turkey with processed cheese
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I use processed cheese to make a cheese sauce, which I pour over the dish and then bake in the oven. Along with turkey, I also bake broccoli, although other vegetables such as zucchini, potatoes, or asparagus would work as well. It can be cooked in portions or all together in one dish. The finished dish is ready to serve.

1. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and stir vigorously with a spatula. Remove the saucepan from the heat, pour in the milk and cream, stirring constantly. Add salt and cayenne pepper, cook until boiling, then add the processed cheese and stir until fully melted.

2. I've already pre-cooked the broccoli. I'm using boiled turkey. I prepare the dish in portions: pour 1-2 tablespoons of sauce into the bottom, place several broccoli florets, and add a couple of pieces of turkey.
