Turkey with honey in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you're interested, the finished dish can be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the turkey carcass in advance. Wash it, dry it, and cut it up. You won't need the whole turkey for this dish, so use a cleaver to cut off the wings and legs, leaving only the body.

Step 2

Now prepare the marinade. Take any honey you have on hand. If it has crystallized, don't worry—just melt it into a liquid state using a water bath. In a bowl, mix together salt, crushed pepper blend, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.

Step 3

Cut the turkey carcass into three parts. Rub it thoroughly with garlic and pepper, and also coat it with honey. Place the pieces of poultry into a heatproof dish, previously lined with foil.

Step 4

Wrap the turkey pieces in foil and bake for 1.5–2 hours in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Before serving the dish to guests, sprinkle it with fresh chopped dill.
