Turkey with sauerkraut
Description
Turkey with sauerkraut is very easy to prepare. As for cooking time, it entirely depends on your preferences and the quality of the sauerkraut. Tough sauerkraut will require longer stewing, but if you prefer it crunchy, the cooking time will be significantly reduced. Turkey fillet also needs time to reach the desired tenderness, as it takes longer to cook than chicken, despite their similar appearance. Rice adds heartiness and tenderness to the dish.
