Turkey with dried apricots
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I suggest a festive dish with an original combination of ingredients—turkey and dried apricots. We often bake turkey with fresh fruits, but rarely think of dried fruits. And that's a pity, because this combination is not only harmonious but also incredibly appetizing. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the turkey fillet under water and place it on a cutting board. Cut the turkey into medium-sized pieces.

Step 2

Rinse the dried apricots thoroughly and soak them in water for 20 minutes. Once they have softened, take them out and rinse again. This must be done carefully to ensure that no sand or dirt remains in the apricots, which could crunch between the teeth. Cut the dried fruit into thin strips.

Step 3

Place the fillet on a preheated frying pan greased with cooking oil. Fry for 20 minutes, adding curry at the end.

Step 4

Then add about a glass of water to our frying pan and pour in the chopped apricots. Cover with a lid. Cook the dish for 30 minutes over low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

This dish can be served with any side dish. It goes perfectly with rice.
