Turkey with cranberries
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. Start by marinating the turkey. Rub it with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Place it in the refrigerator overnight to let it absorb the flavors thoroughly. 2. Once the turkey is marinated, take a sterile syringe and fill it with soy sauce. Inject the turkey all over, distributing the soy sauce evenly throughout the meat. 3. Prepare the stuffing. Cut sour apples into small slices, removing the cores. Soak the cranberries. Heat a skillet with butter and sauté the apples and cranberries briefly—do not overcook. 4. Place the turkey into a baking dish lined with foil. Stuff the cavity with the apple and cranberry mixture, and add a small amount of butter. Sew up the turkey's cavity and wrap the entire bird in foil. 5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Place the turkey in the oven and bake for 2 hours. Then, remove it from the oven and coat it with a mixture of honey and mustard. Return it to the oven and bake for another hour. Finally, serve the dish. The finished turkey is ready to be served at the table.
