
Turkey with cranberry sauce

1. First of all, deal with the bird. Wash it thoroughly under running water and dry carefully. Peel the onion and carrot, cut them in half, and place inside the bird. Brush the bird thoroughly with the mixture. For extra flavor, you can place rosemary nearby. Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20–25 minutes.

6. While the turkey is baking, you can prepare the sauce. Place the washed berries in a saucepan, add sugar, a little water, and lemon juice to taste. For extra flavor, you can add a bit of hot pepper.
