Turkey with potatoes in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A delicious and hearty dish with minimal effort in the kitchen can be easily prepared using a multicooker. You've probably already cooked many dishes in your smart appliance, and now I'd like to suggest another one—turkey with potatoes. The turkey meat will turn out tender, juicy, and flavorful. Plus, there's no need to prepare a separate side dish, since the turkey will be cooked together with potatoes. I'll explain how. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, sprinkle them with a pinch of salt and spices.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the onion and carrot. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, slice the onion into rings or half-rings.
- 3
Step 3

Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl, then add the turkey pieces. Place the prepared onion and carrot on top of the meat.

Step 4

Then add sour cream and close the lid of the multicooker. Set the cooking mode to "Stewing" and set the cooking time to 1 hour. After 10-15 minutes, open the lid, stir the ingredients, and close the lid again. The multicooker will continue cooking without our supervision.

Step 5

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Step 6

An hour has passed, open the multicooker, add potatoes and mushrooms to the stewed meat, pour in milk. Add minced garlic, mix everything. Close the lid, set the "Sauté" or "Baking" mode and set the cooking time for 30 minutes.
