Instructions
- 1
Step 1

I only had a turkey shoulder left, so that's what I'm using. Remove the meat from the bone and cut it into pieces. You can use turkey fillet instead.
- 2
Step 2

Select the "Sauté" mode on the multicooker, pour vegetable oil into the bowl, and set the timer for 15 minutes. Lightly sauté pieces of peeled and chopped garlic, then after about a minute add the turkey meat. Sauté, stirring a couple of times.

Step 3

While the turkey is frying, we can peel and chop the vegetables. Peel the zucchini if the skin is thick, and cut it into small cubes.
- 4
Step 4

Dice the carrots and onions into smaller cubes, and the peeled potatoes into larger cubes.
- 5
Step 5

Remove the seeds from the pepper and also cut it into cubes.
- 6
Step 6

Add all the vegetables to the turkey in the multicooker, gently mix, season with salt, add spices, and pour in the broth. Close the multicooker lid and set the "Stewing" mode for one hour.

Step 7

After an hour, it's ready. You can add some herbs — and serve the dish.
