Turkey with prunes in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Turkey pairs well with dried apricots, raisins, and other dried fruits. Its tender, lean meat turns out juicy and soft. You can use boneless fillets or bone-in pieces. Plums should be soaked beforehand for 10–20 minutes. Serve the dish with a side of boiled pasta, potatoes, or other accompaniments.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

I turn on the "Baking" mode, add a little vegetable oil and heat it up. Meanwhile, I slice the onion into half-rings. I put it into the heated bowl and fry until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Step 2

I wash the turkey pieces, then chop them more finely. I place the turkey on the already sautéed onions.

  3. 3

    Step 3

I place the washed prunes on top of the poultry, season with salt and pepper to taste. I close the lid, set the "Stewing" mode and set the time for 1 hour. I cook until the sound signal indicates completion.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Meanwhile, I boil the pasta and drain it in a colander. I place a couple of pieces of turkey with prunes on top and pour over the resulting juice. I serve the dish hot.
