Turkey with broccoli in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Not everyone likes broccoli, but everyone knows about its health benefits. The same goes for turkey meat, which is even recommended for those on a strict diet due to health conditions. Thanks to a multicooker, you can not only simplify the cooking process, but also make the dish healthier and more nutritious. The finished dish can be served on its own or with various porridges or potatoes. 1. Rinse the turkey fillet, dry it with a paper towel, and cut into 1.5x1.5 cm pieces. 2. Peel and rinse the onion, chop it finely. Separate the broccoli into florets and rinse under running water. 3. Pour a little sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl, set the "Frying" mode, and sauté the onion and turkey until golden brown. 4. Once the ingredients in the bowl are golden, add the broccoli florets. 5. Pour in a little boiled water, set the "Stewing" mode for 60 minutes, add salt and spices to taste, and cook until the program ends. Serve hot.
