Instructions

Step 1

For this dish, you will need small turkey fillets, as they will be cooked whole. They should be small enough to braise thoroughly; otherwise, the poultry will remain undercooked inside. Rinse the turkey fillets and pat them dry.

Step 2

Wash the oranges under cold water. Slice one of them into thin rounds. Use the second one to get the zest. After removing the zest from the orange, cut the citrus in half and squeeze the juice from it.

Step 3

Now you need to marinate the poultry. Rub the turkey fillets with white pepper and coarse sea salt. Wrap them in plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After that, fry the turkey fillets in a multicooker with the lid open, using the "Frying" mode and olive oil.

Step 4

After that, set the multicooker to the "Stewing" mode. Pour a little water over the fillet and stew for ten to fifteen minutes. Do not overcook the poultry, otherwise the meat will lose its tenderness. Prepare the orange sauce separately. To do this, sauté orange slices with zest and orange juice in the multicooker, adding pepper and salt. Serve the turkey with the orange sauce.
