Turkey with pineapples
Description
This dish goes well with white rice or other grains. You can also serve the turkey as a stew with white bread for dinner. Feel free to experiment with the vegetables and add your favorites. Some cooks replace pineapples with apples, which also pairs nicely with turkey.
Instructions

Step 1
Wash the meat, pat it dry with a paper towel, and cut it into cubes. Add salt, pepper, and a spoonful of flour.

Step 2
Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into strips. Drain the marinade from the pineapples.

Step 3
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the meat. When the meat is browned, add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion turns golden.

Step 4
Add the wine, wait a while for the alcohol to evaporate. Dilute the tomato paste in half a cup of water and add it to the turkey. Simmer the stew over low heat for 40 minutes.

20 minutes after starting to cook, add pineapple pieces and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
