Turkey in creamy sauce
Description
To prevent your cream sauce from curdling, add 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream and 0.5-0.7 cups of water to 200 ml of cream. Beat the mixture until smooth. Now the mixture is ready to become a sauce. This sauce will not curdle over medium heat. For further details, see my full recipe.
