
Turkey à la Dukan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a great turkey recipe—simple and requiring no special effort. For those on the Dukan diet, this meat can be eaten from day one and at any stage. Step 1

Remove the skin from the turkey thighs, as it is fatty and not suitable for our diet. Wash and dry the turkey meat, then marinate it in the sauce for about an hour.

Line a baking sheet with foil and place the stems of aromatic herbs on it. You can use any herbs you like; either lay whole stems or sprinkle the meat with crushed dried herbs.

Place the marinated meat. During the initial stage of baking, you can cover the meat with the edges of the foil. Then, after about 30 minutes, unfold the foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour. The time depends on the thickness of the meat pieces.
