Boiled turkey
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe is simple and accessible, and once made, you'll get a tender texture and delicate flavor of the meat. Turkey is already considered diet-friendly, and thanks to this cooking method, it becomes even lower in calories. The meat pairs well with fresh vegetables in a salad, and a light mayonnaise works perfectly as a dressing. If you'd like to use the meat, for example, in sandwiches, add a teaspoon of salt and a bay leaf during the last 30 minutes of cooking for extra flavor. The finished dish can now be served.
