Turkey steamed in a steamer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Turkey resembles pork very much, but it's lean, nutritious, and light. It can be boiled or baked. However, in my opinion, it tastes best when steamed with vegetables. To prepare turkey in a steamer, take fresh fillet and vegetables to your taste. Cauliflower is optional, but tomatoes are highly recommended—they will make the dish even juicier. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the turkey fillet and cut into fairly large pieces. Add spices and place the turkey at the bottom of the steamer.

Step 2

Dice the carrots, onion, and zucchini. If you decided to add cauliflower, divide the florets into pieces. Evenly distribute them over the turkey. Slice the tomatoes into rings and place them on top. Sprinkle with Provence herbs, if desired.
