Ginger tea for boosting immunity
Description
If you regularly drink ginger tea half an hour before meals to boost immunity, you can effortlessly lose excess weight within a few months. Ginger contains many beneficial substances, which is why it is used not only as a spice but also as a medicinal remedy. You should introduce it into your diet gradually. I recommend adding 5 to 10 slices of fresh root to your tea. Find the ideal proportion that works best for you and drink it for good health.
Instructions

Step 1

Put the water on to boil in the kettle. Peel the ginger, wash the lemon and mint.

Step 2

Slice the peeled root thinly; for your first time making the tea, it's better to use about 5-6 slices. If you like the drink, gradually increase the amount. I use 8-9 slices—I enjoy its spicy flavor. Cut the lemon into rounds; 3-4 slices are quite sufficient.

Step 3

Place ginger, lemon, and mint into a teapot.

Step 4

When the water comes to a boil, remove it from the heat, let it cool for a couple of minutes—do not pour boiling water. Add the water, then let the tea steep for 15 minutes.
