
Ginger cupcakes
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Ground cinnamon pairs perfectly with the ginger flavour; if you like, you can also add raisins or chopped nuts to the muffins. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Lay out all the ingredients on the table before you start cooking.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl, add the cinnamon, and finely grate about 1.5–2 cm of peeled ginger root.

Into a separate bowl, crack the eggs, pour in the vegetable oil, and add liquid honey.

Vigorously whisk these ingredients with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.

Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry mixture.

Mix everything with a spoon until you have a smooth, thick enough, and viscous dough.

Divide the ginger batter among silicone molds, filling them two-thirds full, and bake the ginger cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes.
