Gingerbread cake
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. If desired, you can glaze the cooled gingerbread with a sugar icing. This will form a beautiful white hard topping. For the icing, take 150 grams of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of plain water. Mix everything together, let the sugar dissolve slightly, then pour over the top of the gingerbread and allow the icing to set. The baked good is ready. Serve at the table.
