Ginger with garlic
Description
Recipe for homemade sauce. Ginger with garlic is indispensable not only for preparing Asian dishes (from which this seasoning originally came to us) – with the help of this amazing paste, you can make numerous delicious treats! Add a spoonful of ginger and garlic to sour cream, yogurt, or mayonnaise, and you'll get a new original sauce or salad dressing. Marinate meat or fish in it, and you'll be amazed at how many new flavors familiar dishes can acquire. Drop a bit of this paste into heated vegetable oil and fry potatoes in it – you'll get such a side dish that you won't be able to stop eating! One could talk for hours about the health benefits of ginger and garlic – from a huge amount of phytoncides essential during colds and respiratory infections, to amino acids, trace elements, and the remarkable ability to stimulate appetite (and not only gastronomic). Besides, ginger with garlic can be stored in the refrigerator for months without spoiling – and all this without any preservatives, I might add.

Step 3

Cut the ginger into small pieces.

Step 4

Do the same with the chili pepper if you've decided to use it—although I still don't recommend adding the seeds to the paste, otherwise it will become too "nuclear hot."
