Capelin roe with smoked salmon
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Let’s start on a simple, very tasty snack. Grate the hard-boiled eggs and cucumber. Spread capelin roe with smoked salmon on one sheet of lavash and cover with a second sheet. Spread the eggs and cucumber evenly on top, roll into a tight roll, and slice into pieces. If you’re not serving right away, refrigerate the rolled lavash and slice just before serving. Serve with herbs and sauce.
