Fried carp roe
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can buy fish and remove the roe yourself, or purchase loose roe, which is currently available. You can coat the roe in wheat or corn flour, or in breadcrumbs. Serve the roe immediately after frying, along with vegetables or sauce. I assure you, it won't last long. We eat it all right away. The ready dish can now be served.
