Description

The recipe won't take much time. This recipe has been tested over the years and contains nothing superfluous, so I recommend strictly following my instructions. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

    1. Wash the vegetables and remove the seeds.

    2. Pass everything except the garlic through a meat grinder.

    3. Add tomato paste, sugar, salt, butter, and simmer over low heat for one and a half hours.
