Description
This appetizer is quick and easy to make. This spread is excellent for sandwiches and as an accompaniment to pancakes, rice, pasta, and boiled potatoes. You can also add mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, and other ingredients to the spread. The dish is very tasty, moderately spicy, and aromatic.

Prepare the ingredients for making caviar from pickled cucumbers.

Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop it.

Place the chopped onion in a frying pan with sunflower oil.
