Prepare the ingredients for making honey mushroom caviar.

I have frozen butter mushrooms, but fresh ones will taste even better. In any case, wash the butter mushrooms thoroughly. If using frozen ones, thaw them first. Place them in a pot and cover with water. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Then drain the water and rinse the butter mushrooms well under running water.

Peel and wash the carrots and onion. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Put them in a frying pan and pour in refined sunflower oil.
