
Honey Mushroom Spread Made with a Meat Grinder

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Although caviar is not a frequent guest at the table, it is simply essential to keep a jar like this in the refrigerator. This recipe contains no added preservatives, so its shelf life is short.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. If your mushrooms are fresh, wash them thoroughly and boil for 10 minutes. Thaw frozen mushrooms.

Peel the onion and chop coarsely.

In a sauté pan or skillet, heat the vegetable oil and add the mushrooms and onion.

Sauté the mushrooms with onion over low heat until done, stirring constantly.

Pass the sautéed mushrooms and onion through a meat grinder fitted with a fine grinding plate.
