Perfect Omelet
Description
Perfect with meals and drinks. To make the perfect omelet, you need very few ingredients: eggs, cheese, spices. Some people like to add milk to the omelet; if you don’t mind its taste, you can add some too (about a third of a cup or half). It’s also very tasty if, besides cheese, you add vegetables: tomatoes, bell pepper, and green onion. Can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.
- 2
Step 2

Beat them well with a whisk and season to taste. If you have milk at home, add a little.
- 3
Step 3

Heat a skillet, add a little vegetable oil, and pour in the egg mixture. Cook over low heat.
- 4
Step 4

Meanwhile, grate the cheese. When you’re done, place it on one half of the omelet and cover with the other half.
- 5
Step 5

Fry until the cheese has melted slightly.
- 6
Step 6

You can serve a perfect ready-made omelet with anything you like: vegetables, bacon, fruit, croutons — whatever suits your taste.
- 7
Step 7

I like to fry the omelet for another couple of minutes on all sides until golden brown, then sprinkle it with finely chopped herbs—dill, for example.
