Perfect pizza dough
Description
The baking is simple and quick. When it comes to preparing such dough, you need to keep in mind: flour varies, so you may need a little more or a little less than the specified amount. Use 7-8 grams of dry yeast. Following the canons of Italian cuisine, it is preferable to add olive oil to the dough, but it can successfully be substituted with sunflower oil. The given amount of ingredients yields two large pizzas. Follow the step‑by‑step description of the recipe and it will definitely turn out for you. Good luck with making the pizza. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for making pizza and its dough.
- 2
Step 2

Let's make the dough. In a bowl or the blender's cup, as I have, pour warm water. Add yeast, sugar, and salt.
- 3
Step 3

Add the vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

Add the sifted flour.
- 5
Step 5

Knead a soft, non‑sticky dough. It’s very convenient to do this in a planetary mixer, but you can also get just as good dough when kneading by hand.
- 6
Step 6

Place the dough in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and set it in a warm place.
- 7
Step 7

In 45–60 minutes, the dough will increase significantly in volume.
- 8
Step 8

Divide the dough into two parts. From each part you get a pizza with a diameter of 22–24 centimeters. Roll out one part and place it in a skillet.
- 9
Step 9

Spread ketchup on the dough. Place sliced boiled sausage on the dough.
- 10
Step 10

Cut the bell pepper and tomato arbitrarily and place them on the sausage.
- 11
Step 11

Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese.
- 12
Step 12

Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 175–180 °C for 25–30 minutes.
- 13
Step 13

Place the finished pizza on a large plate.
- 14
Step 14

Serve the pizza at the table while warm.
