Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. When making khychin, pay attention to the dough. It is very important not to overload it with flour. If it sticks to your hands, better dust the work surface generously. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cover the potatoes with cold water, add salt, and cook until tender.

Drain the water from the cooked potatoes, mash them into a puree. Cool.

Finely chop the dill.

Add dill to the mashed potatoes, 180–200 g of flour. If needed, add salt.

Knead the dough. It should be soft, but not sticky to the hands. Generously dust the work surface with flour.

Roll the dough into an elongated roll.

Divide the dough into 7 parts.

Dust each piece with flour and press lightly with your hand, giving it a rounded shape.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out one portion into a thin sheet. If your sheet tears, you can easily patch the spot.

Heat the pan. Fry the prepared flatbreads on a dry pan on both sides.

Place the flatbreads on a plate. Melt the butter. Generously brush each flatbread with butter.
