Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Khychiny are something between stuffed buns, pancakes, and flatbreads. Originating from the North Caucasus, like many dishes from that region, khychiny are incredibly tasty and filling. It is believed that the thinner the khychiny are rolled, the more delicious they become. The key secret to preparing this dish lies precisely in rolling the dough as thin as possible.

    Put the potatoes on to boil until cooked.

    Pour the flour into a deep and wide bowl. Add the baking soda to it.

    Gradually pour in the water and knead the dough with a spoon.
