
Lobster tails (simple recipe)
Description
It's important to get the timing right. If you overcook the meat in the pan, it can become rubbery. As you can see, I don't add salt or spices to the sauce. The meat is so tender that its flavor can easily be overpowered. A sauce made with butter and a few drops of lemon juice will perfectly complement the dish. If you can find fresh tails, cooking will take no more than half an hour.

Take the tails out of the packaging, place them in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and completely thaw in the refrigerator. Then rinse and pat dry.

Place the tails with the shell side up and make a longitudinal cut on each shell.

Break the shell, separate the meat, and remove the vein with your fingers. Place the meat in cold water for now.

In a large skillet, bring 30 ml of water to a boil. Gradually add the butter. When it melts, add the tails to the skillet.

Lobsters should be cooked for 5-7 minutes until the meat becomes white and firm. Serve this delicacy with herbs and lemon.
