
Fried dough with honey
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. The dough for the fritters is mixed quickly and easily, but before frying I recommend letting it “rest” for 15–20 minutes. Roll out all the dough at once, cut and roll the strips, as the fritters fry very fast. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

2. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.

3. Add salt, baking soda, and sugar.

4. Beat and add sour cream.

5. Add the sifted flour.

6. Knead a firm dough.

7. After 15–20 minutes, roll out the sheet of dough as thinly as possible.
