Description

The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Incredibly colorful, crunchy rose cookies are the perfect dessert for family tea time or when guests arrive. If you don’t like fluffy dough, you can add a little baking soda while preparing the dish; it will make the fritters more crisp and brittle. The treat is delicious both warm and cold.
