Description
It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. You can make khvorost not only with sour cream, but also with kefir. In this case, the fat content of the dairy‑acidic products does not matter at all. The ready‑made khvorost can be served at the table immediately. When it cools down, sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients.

Crack an egg into a bowl, add salt and sugar.
